A 57-year-old man died Wednesday at a hospital, five days after he was found unresponsive in his cell at the Utah State Prison.
The Utah State Prison in Draper on Tuesday Dec. 28, 2021. Officials reported that a 57-year-old inmate has died.
Kenny Hall had been incarcerated since 2019 for third-degree felony assault by a prisoner, according to a prison news release. A spokesperson said Hall’s cause of death is under investigation by the State Bureau of Investigation.
