Burlington County officials have announced arrests in the fatal shooting that left a 19-year-old dead in a Willingboro shopping center parking lot.
Knowah Crowderparham, 21, has been charged with first-degree murder, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon, and other related charges.
The investigation revealed that Janson, who had known Crowderparham, got into a vehicle with him and 19-year-old Alexa Hess of Burlington City.
