The SIU has wrapped up an investigation into the February 27 incident in a park in the area of Black Creek Drive and Trethewey Drive.Two officers discharged conducted energy weapons at the man while another officer shot his firearm twice at the man.As a result of the SIU investigation, Cst Andrew Davis is facing the following charges under the
