He was arrested
The 72-year-old was reportedly seen drinking from a bottle of alcohol in the driver's seat of his vehicle by a member of the public yesterday.Cops arrested the man and he will appear in court at a later date.
East Dunbartonshire Police said:"After reports of a male drinking from a bottle of alcohol within the driver's seat of his vehicle your local response policing team traced the vehicle and arrested a 72-year-old male who failed the breathalyser.After reports of a male drinking from a bottle of alcohol within the drivers seat of his vehicle your local response policing team traced the vehicle & arrested a 72 year old male who failed the breathalyser.
