Criminal complaint alleges the defendant sold fentanyl and methamphetamine to an undercover officer.
SAN FRANCISCO – A 26-year-old Oakland man has been charged with selling fentanyl and methamphetamine in San Francisco’s Tenderloin District, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
The charges are laid out in a criminal complaint unsealed Friday. Written by Drug Enforcement Administration Task Force Officer Michael Cunnie, the complaint alleges Archaga-Reyes sold drugs at least four times to an undercover officer between Nov. 2, 2021, and Feb. 4, 2022.
