Oak Brook officials are confident that Carvana, which opened about three years ago for business in the village, will work with the state to correct issues.
Carvana, which is located at 720 Enterprise Drive in Oak Brook, is known for its glass tower “vending machine’ in which used vehicles for sale are displayed. Customers have been able to have purchased vehicles delivered to them or pick them up in Oak Brook.The company’s license was suspended for misuse of issuing out-of-state temporary registration permits and for failing to transfer titles, said Henry Haupt, press secretary with the Illinois Secretary of State.
Carvana, in a statement, said it is looking forward to resolving the issue with minimal disruption to customers.
