18 people have been arrested following a massive counterfeit goods bust in New York City.
Upper East Side residents are sounding the alarm about a man who they say has been going around the neighborhood, demanding money, spitting on people and even assaulting them.Some of those arrested are facing charges of trademark counterfeiting.
