[+]Priced at $1,599 for the RTX 4090, Nvidia claims the new card will be up to four times faster in games than the current RTX 3090 Ti flagship, with claims of double the performance in Microsoft Flight Simulator, three times as fast in Portal RTX.
The RTX 4080, meanwhile, comes in two guises, with either 12 or 16GB of GDDR6X memory, retailing for $899 and $1,199 respectively. These will go on sale from November.Nvidia also announced an enhanced version of its frame rate-boosting DLSS feature - DLSS 3. This was shown to dramatically improve frame rates in Microsoft's Flight Simulator. More details will follow on the new graphics cards with third party benchmarks and reviews expected soon.
