It will be cold this morning in Northeast Ohio and a glaze of ice is possible.
That’s because the day will start off cold, with temps in the mid-30s and good chances of a mixture of rain, snow and ice this morning. It’s led to the National Weather Service issuing a winter weather advisory as forecasters warn a half-inch of snow could fall, coated with a glaze of ice, creating slick road conditions.
The weather advisory includes Cuyahoga Ashtabula, Geauga, Lake, Mahoning, Portage, Stark, Summit and Trumbull counties. The advisory won’t last long as it’s set to expire by 9 a.m. Temperatures will begin to warm rapidly later in the morning, reaching the upper 60s by 4 p.m. Note to readers: if you purchase something through one of our affiliate links we may earn a commission.
