The Hood County Sheriff’s Office in Granbury.A Hood County inmate accused of killing his wife, a former county prosecutor, died Saturday, officials say.
About 7 a.m., Hood County Jail staff requested emergency medical services for a “medical emergency,” according to a sheriff’s office news release. Jeffrey Bryan McLaughlin, 58, was taken to Lake Granbury Medical Center, where he died, the release said.
