Stony Knoll Vineyards is in Dobson, one of 50 wineries operating in the Yadkin Valley and Swan Creek AVAs, is a great place to start any trip, with its scenery and charming tasting room along with a mix of wines for any palate.

Walking into the tasting room, with its bar across the front, is like walking into a home, with paintings and photos on the walls and antiques in several corners of the buildings.
