The wind down is being done through an order obtained by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act. Nordstrom opened its first Canadian store in Calgary at CF Chinook Centre in September 2014. It opened its three-level store at CF Pacific Centre in downtown Vancouver in September 2015, while Nordstrom Rack opened at Willowbrook mall in Langley in September 2020.
