Mum Zsuzsanna Tandy tells Sky News her seven-month-old daughter, Isabella, was given general anaesthetic for surgery only to be told the procedure couldn't go ahead at Birmingham Children's Hospital due to a lack of doctors.

Isabella was born with a rare condition that affects her colon and went for an operation in Birmingham in early January. "They called us back in half an hour because they cannot proceed so we had to come back," Ms Tandy says.
