It says former business secretary Jacob Rees-Mogg has labelled the BBC's funding model "past its sell-by date" and quotes Philip Davies, also a Tory MP, saying the row is the "start of the end" for the fee.The collapse of Silicon Valley Bank, the 16th-largest bank in the US, tore through markets on Monday and drove investors to dump bank stocks around the world, the Financial Times reports.
