State Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron said that by May 20, Mr. Trump must pay the fine and submit additional affidavits about his efforts to comply with a subpoena he received from New York Attorney General Letitia James in her civil-fraud probe of the former president and his business. A third-party firm must also complete its review of Trump Organization documents, the judge said.
