up for sale in North Texas has been grabbed by an investor that’s already a major player in the area.
Dallas’ Gruene Real Estate Partners and Weber & Co. built the huge industrial project, which is fully leased to tenants including grocer H-E-B, which is expanding in North Texas Volkswagen, Prairie Industries and ANEW Business Solutions fill up the rest of the buildings, according to Jones Lang LaSalle’s description of the property.
Clarion Partners is already one of the biggest industrial real estate investors in the D-FW area, buying buildings and partnering with development on new construction.
