The White House will implement 1996 legislation that would allow U.S. nationals to sue foreign firms doing business with Cuba, despite EU warning
The official said Tuesday that the U.S. will announce its intention to implement a key part of the 1996 Helms-Burton Act, known as Title III, which allows U.S. nationals whose property was seized by the Castro regime in Cuba after 1959 to sue for damages in the U.
