A mix of duplexes and single-family homes is planned in the area of Dawson Road and Victor Road.
A rezoning to facilitate the development of a new subdivision at the south end of Dawson Road and east end of Victor Road will being going before city council on Monday.
“The applicant has agreed to register two Section 219 Covenants on title of the subject property. The first Section 219 Covenant will prohibit apartment housing in accordance with Official Community Plan Policy 8.3.62 and limit density to thirty dwellings per hectare to maintain the character of the surrounding neighbourhood,” the notice says.
