Flat Iron, planned for 80 St Vincent Street, is being developed by the man behind Mitchell Lane bar Tabac and Italian restaurant La Fiorentina.A provisional premises licence was secured by 80VIN Ltd, owned by Marco Lazzurri, at a meeting of the city’s Licensing Board on Friday, December 9.
Stephen McGowan, representing the firm, told the city’s Licensing Board: “All being well, with a fair wind, Marco will be looking to open the premises in August of next year.”
