Sleep disorders are a group of conditions that affect the ability to sleep well. Common examples include insomnia, sleep apnea, and restless leg syndrome. These disorders can cause a variety of symptoms such as difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, or feeling refreshed upon waking up, and can negatively impact overall health and quality of life.
