Financial services firm Huselton, Morgan & Maultsby, USAA Real Estate and law firm Haynes and Boone have signed leases in the Pinnacle Tower.
New leases have boosted occupancy at a high-profile office tower near Dallas’ Galleria complex.
New tenants at Pinnacle Tower, at LBJ Freeway and the Dallas North Tollway in Farmers Branch, include financial services firm Huselton, Morgan & Maultsby and USAA Real Estate. Each has taken more than 10,000 square feet of office space.JJ Leonard, Chase Lopez and Marissa Parkin of Stream Realty Partners negotiated the law firm lease with Sanders Thompson of Transwestern.
Stream Realty Partners has recently signed more than 90,000 square feet of leases with 12 companies at Pinnacle Tower. New leases signed in the building will generate over $22.5 million in rental revenue, according to the firm, which leases and manages the 24-story Pinnacle Tower. “Pinnacle Tower has continued to realize demand from both locally and nationally based tenants due to its convenient accessibility for such a large percentage of the Dallas-Fort Worth population,” Stream Realty’s Marissa Parkin said in a prepared statement.New York Life Investments and Dallas’ Encore Enterprises have owned the building — previously called Occidental Tower — since 2016.Related:
