The project is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2023. The facility is being represented by CBRE Group Inc.'s Dan Calihan, Pat Feeney and James Cohn. Feeney told the Business Journal that although no tenants have signed leases yet, that they've seen strong interest from companies since it started construction.
