Sushi by Hidden, from the owners of Hidden Omakase, will serve only 10 guests at a time at new sushi experience in Rice Village
HIDE AND SEEK:The new, 1,200-square-foot restaurant at 5216 Morningside in Rice Village, will feature a menu that changes daily. Sushi courses could include akami with chili garlic and fuji apple, or flounder fin with finger lime and salmon roe.
The tasting menu is $60 per person with dinner service Sunday through Thursday 5 to 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday 5 to 10 p.m. Lunch service will be added later. The restaurant is BYOB; there is a $20 corkage fee for bottles 720 ml and larger.Kieu is a veteran of The Fish in Midtown; his resume also includes Ra Sushi in Highland Village, and The Blind Goat in downtown.
