The brothers previously worked for Francesco Mazzei, the chef patron at restaurant Sartoria, one of actor Stanley Tucci's favourite restaurants in London. Chefs Antonio, Pasquale, and Simone Cozzolino are excited to bring to Glasgow flavours and traditional cooking from three generations of their Vesuvian family farm.The menu at Banca Di Roma will be inspired by the Cozzolino brothers' time growing up on their family tomato farm in the Campania region of Italy.
Customers can expect dishes like 'La Nostra Foccia Ripena' a baked baba stuffed with gorgonzola cheese and nduja sausage, and 'Classico Spaghetto a Pomodoro', fresh homemade spaghetti with Vesuvian tomato and basil.
