Dead Hand Signal, written by Logan Martin-Arcand, presents a unique telling of an ordinary story, as two people connect in an unusual situation.
With Martin-Arcand taking inspiration from the COV participants, the circumstances of the play are relatable to a wide audience, Bishop said.Article content “The Circle of Voices program … very close to my heart, being someone that was in the first program.
