A Point Aconi man released on conditions in July after being charged with theft and breach offences is now back in jail facing additional theft and breach offences.
The parents of a Millville charged with multiple weapon offences have now been charged with obstructing police. Police asked the couple about the whereabout of Colin Penny as part of their regular home checks on offenders released on conditions.Colin Penny, 30, posted $5,000 in cash to secure his release earlier this year while his parents posted a further $25,000 in property.
He is now scheduled to stand trial in provincial court May 1, 2024, on charges of possession of police items and breaching a court order.
