A fast-moving fire in California is prompting mandatory evacuations in Santa Barbara
The Cave Fire almost immediately resulted in mandatory evacuation orders in the hills and mountains north of Santa Barbara, as wind gusts as high as 80 miles an hour were recorded in the county, according to the National Weather Service in Los Angeles.
