Summary The Brave and the Bold, the upcoming Batman reboot movie, would greatly benefit from a Supernatural franchise reunion. James Gunn is hard at work crafting the next ten years of the new DC Universe, which will begin in December with the animated Creature Commandos. While some major DC characters like Wonder Woman and the Flash still have mystery DCU futures, Batman has been confirmed to debut in director Andy Muschietti's The Brave and the Bold.

Two other stars from the Supernatural spinoff series The Winchesters are also game to be part of the DCU's Bat-Family. Drake Rodger, who played a young John Winchester, has been training for years to play Dick Grayson, aka Nightwing. The actor could be joined by his The Winchesters co-star, Mary Winchester actress Meg Donnelly. Speaking to Screen Rant, Donnelly said she would be open to playing Batgirl in the DCU.
