“We just weren’t as sharp,” coach Steve Nash said after the game. “Sometimes, I think that’s a by-product of incorporating a bunch of new guys and having this COVID stretch where we had so many guys in and out of the lineup. It’s to be expected somewhere along the way.
LaMarcus Aldridge, looking to make a move on Tobias Harris, returned to the Nets’ lineup in their loss to the 76ers.The Nets committed 17 turnovers , 14 of which came in the first half — an indication they may have still been regaining their chemistry with a starting lineup that welcomed back Durant and LaMarcus Aldridge for the first time since they cleared COVID-19 protocols on Tuesday.“[It was] a little bit of everything,” said James Harden, who was responsible for a team-high six turnovers.
