that he was planning to hit the road with his longtime backing band Crazy Horse in support of their upcoming albumdid a 180 this week and announced that any potential shows would be put on hold, so he could instead dive into the editing suite to work on no less than 15 different career-spanning film projects.
The full list of films was not available at press time and none of the projects has received an official release date yet, though Archives teased that they will be screened at themovie as the "back story of the latest recording from Crazy Horse, a band that really is on its own turf. How the band works together to make music, how the emotions of trying to get a sound go with the emotions of the songs, what the songs are about.
Young is still expected to perform on Sept. 14 at the "Harvest Moon -- A Gathering" benefit show in Lake Hughes, California and at Farm Aid in East Troy, Wisconsin on Sept. 21. A spokesperson for Young could not be reached at press time for more information on the film projects. Young has also announced the Sept.
