It's a showdown in California as the Los Angeles Lakers take on the Golden State Warriors in Round 2 of the NBA playoffs.
It’s the first time the two teams have seen each other in the playoffs since 1991. However, in 2021, the Lakers sent the Warriors home after clinching a playoff spot in the play-in tournament.It’s worth noting this was the first year in league historyGolden State eliminated Sacramento and the Clippers, plagued with injuries, couldn’t get passed Devin Booker and Phoenix in the opening round.For the Round 2 series, the Warriors have the homecourt advantage.
