The NBA announced that 16 players tested positive for the coronavirus
The NBA previously detailed specific actions for those who test positive in its 113-page, including self-isolation, two consecutive negative tests more than 24 hours apart, medical clearance and cardiac screening.
Following the first round of tests on Tuesday, all players will be tested every other day until teams leave for Florida, whereFive players have publicly acknowledged testing positive: Buddy Hield, Jabari Parker and Alex Len of the Sacramento Kings, Malcolm Brogdon of the Indiana Pacers and Nikola Jokic of the Denver Nuggets.Individual workouts are scheduled to begin in local markets on July 1, with teams permitted to arrive in Florida on July 7. Training camps will run from July 9-29.
