The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
A 44-year-old man from Joliet was arrested on charges of failure to reduce speed/driving too fast for conditions, aggravated driving under the influence alcohol, aggravated DUI/suspended/revoked driver’s license, DUI/alcohol and driving without insurance at 6:32 p.m. Sept. 3 at South Naper Boulevard and South Washington Street.
A 29-year-old man from Burbank was arrested on charges of making a false fire alarm and reckless conduct at 10:35 p.m. Sept. 3 in the 100 block of Water Street. A 27-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of speeding, driving on an expired registration and driving on a suspended/revoked license at 10:23 a.m. Sept. 7 at West Ogden Avenue and North River Road.
