Chanel's Métiers d’art show through the eyes of Nadia Gohar
show was shown first last December in Paris, the house staged a replica show in Florence on Tuesday and took some guests around to see some of the workshops Chanel employs to celebrate the launch of the collection. In attendance was Nadia Gohar, artist and cofounder of the newly launched eponymousOf course an artist would appreciate the finer details of a Chanel collection.
Below, Gohar extends some of that knowledge to us and walks us through some of her favorite details from the Chanel métiers d’arts replica show, as well as the rest of her time in Florence.The Métier d’art show teasers were on display as you entered the Stazione Leopolda and made your way to your seat. The animations featured the models in the show with some key pieces of the collection. This fantastical animation included Chanel’s two-tone shoe—a classic and a favorite of mine.
