The Crossings at Bennett Avenue includes units ranging from one to three bedrooms, with sale prices between $90,000 to $120,000, said Morris Habitat CEO Blair Schleicher Wilson. Adults completed their volunteer requirement — a minimum of 300 hours of “sweat equity” — by working on their own condominiums or other Habitat for Humanity homes, or by helping in the organization’s ReStore or elsewhere, officials said.
