David Bolno claims he “wasn’t there” when aspiring musician Laura Lozano was found in the bathtub of his ocean-view Miami suite.

According to the hotel’s surveillance footage, Bolno left the suite just after 4:30 a.m. on the morning of Lozano’s death.Nine hours later, her unresponsive body was discovered by hotel staff, with police saying that an “unknown substance” was found in several locations dotted around the suite., Bolno has called Lozano’s death a “terrible tragedy,” and admitted that he was hoping to sign the budding musician after he “helped her to make music.
David Bolno said the death was a “terrible tragedy” but claimed he wasn’t there when they found her because he left the room earlier in the morning.“It was really sad, she was someone I really liked, and she was a good person,” added Bolno, who is a partner at NKSFB, the nation’s largest business management firm, based in California.
