An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt.John Burke, 54, of the first block of Washo Court, was charged Aug. 16 with driving under the influence of drugs/combination and improper land usage following an incident on Cuba Road near Deerpath Road. Burke is scheduled to appear in court Sept.
12 in Waukegan.Francisco Garcia, 48, of the 900 block of Ridge Avenue, Wauconda, was charged Aug. 19 with driving on a suspended driver’s license, driving without lights when required and unsafe equipment near Route 12 and Honey Lake Road. Garcia is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 6 in Mundelein.There was a report Aug. 19 of unlawful use of credit card/theft following an incident in the 1200 block of South Rand Road.
