Benjamin's prowess was undeniable at the 2021 Tokyo Olympics, where he claimed the silver medal in the 400m hurdles with a blistering time of 46.17 seconds, narrowly missing the gold. His contribution to the U.S. team also extends beyond individual accolades; Benjamin helped the men's 4x400m relay team secure a gold medal in Tokyo, and he has even returned to USC as a volunteer assistant coach to lend his talents and train the next generation of athletes.
