A plan to build more than 100 flats on a city centre site has attracted almost 150 objections.
The developers say the flats will be on floors one to six with a communal roof terrace and commercial units on the ground floor. The courtyard will also provide space for outside seating for cafes, bars or restaurants on the ground floor.
