Ken Kendrick is the worst team owner in the National League West. What's his plan to fix things? He won't say.
Spring training games start on St. Patrick’s Day, which is fitting because a baseball fan in Arizona might want a green beer or two as long as Ken Kendrick owns the Arizona Diamondbacks.
Only the Padres have made as few postseason trips from the National League West as the Diamondbacks. But San Diego made the playoffs more recently , so that’s a tiebreaker. And again, no other club in the division has been worse, and this time there’s no tie to break. It’s not like we can just blame the baseball operations staff and absolve Kendrick of responsibility in creating this mess.
Doesn’t it just seem like this club exists to get money out of all the Chicago and LA fans when the Cubs and Dodgers hit town? How long before Ketel Marte and David Peralta get shipped out in the name of building for the future?
