Rochester, N.Y. — It's been nearly a year since voters and candidates had to wait hours before learning the results of last November’s races. At the time, the County Board of Elections said it had to do with connectivity issues on the county's website, but the results were never in question.We spoke to one county board commissioner who says there were several changes made ahead of Saturday to ensure the results are on time, one of them being the location where votes are tallied and published."We have made a number of modifications,” said Monroe County Board of Elections Democratic Commissioner Jackie Ortiz.
