Lewis Capaldi pranked fans of The 1975 last night
Lewis Capaldi stunned fans by taking to the stage last night at The 1975's gig in Newcastle where he trolled fans by teasing a Harry Styles appearance.
This comes after The 1975 previously announced they had approached the Watermelon Sugar star for the guest slot during their second night at London's 02 Arena, but he declined. Taking to Twitter after the gig, fans discussed Lewis' hilarious joke as he fooled the audience thinking the 'As It Was' hitmaker was joining them on stage.
Another fan agreed: "Lewis Capaldi was at the 1975 concert, got announced as Harry Styles and then sang A Taylor song? Absolut legend"
