A Mobile man is facing animal cruelty, resisting arrest and reckless endangerment charges after his dog was shot and euthanized.
A Mobile man is facing a cruelty to animals charge after he allegedly shot his dog during an incident Thursday.
Mobile police responded to a call in the 100 block of Providence Street near Old Shell Road in reference to Sanders shooting a dog. The dog sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was transported to a local veterinarian. According to police, due to the severity of the dog’s injuries, it had to be euthanized.
