| Mobile hair salon for special needs children stolen from storage facility

The 'Miss Dee and Friends Hair Taxi' disappeared from a storage facility lot off I-10 near Studemont.

"That’s my baby, and I don’t have it anymore,” Foster said on Monday morning."And I just, I can’t imagine someone taking that from me, a single mother just trying to do good in the community,” Foster said.

"My specialty is children that have special needs," Foster said."From autistic to Down Syndrome to mobile impairment.”
