The victim was found unresponsive Thursday morning at a VTA Park & Ride on Alder Drive.
MILPITAS – Authorities are asking for the public’s help in solving a hit-and-run at a Valley Transportation Authority Park & Ride in Milpitas.
A Milpitas police officer arrived at the scene first and began providing medical aid to the victim, Davis said.
