Hart, 36, who is the college program's all-time leading rusher, was carted off during the team's game with the Indiana Hoosiers.
Rattled-looking players were seen getting hugged by other coaches on the sidelines, including head coach Jim Harbaugh. Players from both teams could be seen taking a knee while emergency staff tended to Hart. Running backs Blake Corum, who is being talked about as a possible Heisman Trophy candidate this year, and Donovan Edwards both appeared visibly upset, according to Michigan Live. Michigan sideline very rattled after Mike Hart was carted off.
