The brutal footage shows dozens of people walking underneath umbrellas at 3:30 a.m. when the alleged shooter, identified as 24-year-old Dontavious Leonard Polk, pulls out a gun and begins senselessly shooting the victim.
Surveillance footage captured the senseless murder of a Miami man early Sunday, the second deadly shooting over the chaotic spring break weekend that spurred the area’s curfew.
People in the area run away frantically as the shooter continues relentlessly firing, and then runs from the scene. Polk has been charged with first-degree murder and was being held in jail as of Sunday night.
