Authorities in Peru believe the organs of a Mexican woman visiting a man she met online may have been harvested after her remains washed up on a beach.
The remains of Blanca Olivia Arellano Gutiérrez, 51, were discovered in Peru days after she traveled there to meet a man she met online.
"I decided to communicate with Juan P since he was the only contact she had in that country and that is where our fear was triggered," Karla wrote.with a silver ring attached that was confirmed to be Blanca Arellano. More remains washed up in the days that followed, including a faceless head, an arm and a torso with all the internal organs that appeared to be harvested.
