They're battling more than 400 active wildfires across Canada. 20 Mesa hot shots are currently deployed to Canada and they're stationed in central Alberta, which is about three hours north of Edmonton.The wildfires have forced thousands to evacuate, and blanketed parts of the U.S. with smoke.A youth baseball team from Phoenix is in New York all week playing baseball games, but they had to postpone a game because of the smoke from Canada's wildfires.
