A critical incident response team is investigating an officer-involved shooting from Mesa County.
Just after 9:30 p.m. on Friday, Mesa County sheriff deputies responded to the 500 block of 31 ½ Road to contact a wanted male suspect.from the sheriff’s department, once deputies made contact with the suspect, 56-year-old Ray Cox, he responded with force and the deputies on the scene shot him.
